Buckshot Sporting Company – Return & Refund Policy

At Buckshot Sporting Company, every item is made on-demand through our production partners (Printful & Printify). Because each product is created specifically for your order, we operate under the following return and refund guidelines:

1. Made-to-Order Items (POD Products)

All items are printed or embroidered individually when you place an order. For that reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:


Wrong size ordered

Change of mind

Preference changes

Ordering the wrong color or item

Please double-check size charts and product details before checkout.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item — that’s on us.

You have 7 days from delivery to contact us with:


Order number

Description of the issue

Photos of the item & packaging

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.

These claims are approved through Printful or Printify’s replacement policy, so photo evidence is required.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit:


We will open an investigation with the carrier.

If confirmed lost, we’ll replace the item at no cost.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee replacements for “delivered but missing” packages.

4. Address Issues

If an item is returned due to:


Wrong/invalid address

Customer not claiming the package

You can choose:
Pay for reshipment to a corrected address

Or receive store credit (minus original shipping costs)

Our production partners do not issue refunds for address-related returns.

5. Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we cannot do size or color exchanges.

If you need a new size, you’ll need to place a new order.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once production has started (usually within a few hours of purchase).

If you reach out fast enough and production hasn’t begun, we’ll do our best to cancel it — but no promises.

7. Quality Standards

All items are produced through Printful & Printify, who maintain strict industry quality controls. If anything falls short, let us know immediately — we have your back.
